Is there a lock-in contract?No. We keep terms straightforward. Full details are confirmed during onboarding, before anything is signed.
Which platforms will my property be listed on?Airbnb, Vrbo, Homeaway, Stayz, Booking.com and Google Vacation Rentals, Our direct website, all managed from one place.
Who handles cleaning and linen?We do. Trusted local suppliers, coordinated between every stay. These costs are charged to guests, not deducted from your payout.
Is Sunny Coast Stays licensed?Yes. We operate under a QLD real estate licence with a compliant trust account for all booking income.
Can I still use the property myself?Yes. You block out the dates you want in the calendar and we work around them. Just give us as much notice as you can so we're not turning away bookings you'd have wanted.
