What we collect
When you complete the enquiry form we collect your name, email address, phone number if you provide one, your property's postcode, the number of bedrooms and your current management situation.
We also collect standard technical information through cookies and tracking tools, including your IP address, browser type, the pages you view and how you arrived at our site.
Why we collect it

- To understand which of our advertising works and improve this website
We do not sell your information and we do not add you to marketing lists without your consent.
Tracking and advertising
This site uses the Meta Pixel and Google Analytics. These place cookies in your browser and share information about your visit with Meta Platforms and Google, who may use it to show you our advertising on their services.
You can opt out through your Facebook or Instagram ad settings, through Google's opt out tool at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout, or by blocking cookies in your browser.
Who we share it with
We share your information only where needed to provide our services, including with our property management software provider and with Meta and Google as described above. We do not disclose your information to any other party except where required by law.
How we store it
Your information is stored in our email system and property management software, both protected by password and access controls. We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to respond and for our own record keeping, and we delete it on request.
Accessing or deleting your information
Email admin@sunnycoaststays.au to ask what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We will respond within 30 days.

If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your information, contact us at admin@sunnycoaststays.au. You can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
